How do I see a doctor at Boutique Medicine?
To see a doctor, you can call us, and you'll be matched with one of our family doctors within the same day. From then on, you can text, email or call your doctor directly. As a member, you'll be able to book online, by yourself, for virtual or in-person appointments.
I need a medication renewal and Walk-in-Clinics or other Online Medical websites won't renew my medication. Will you?
The short answer is yes we will renew most of your medication, because our business model let's us legally do this.

We'll start by explaining the why other won't do it. Many if not most medication prescriptions require the doctor to be able to follow-up with the patient. The business model of Walk-in-Clinics and Online Medical Sites very rarely compatible with follow-ups.

Boutique Medicine identified this flaw in the health care system and was specifically designed to correct it. Since Boutique Medicine members are matched with a specific doctor who can follow-up with them and see them in person if need be; this same doctor can legally renew most of their medications. Of course there are always exceptions that even we wouldn't feel comfortable renewing like cancer drugs, or medications usually reserved for specialists, to give a few examples.
Will you renew my prescription if I'm on vacation?
Boutique Medicine is structured in a way that we can legally provide our members Virtual Telemedicine and send you prescriptions while you're vacationing in Canada or the USA. So the answer is yes we can renew your medication while you're on vacation, most of the time.
What is Boutique Medicine?
We're a hybrid clinic. We're trying to be the best of all worlds. Our doctors will see you virtually, but if your issue warrant's it, the same doctors will see you In-Person within a couple hours or days depending on the day of the week. However, please be aware that we do not treat any minor or major emergencies; for those you will have to go to the Hospital.
I'm not covered by any insurance, will you still see me?
Boutique Medicine is completely private. We are so private, that we cover our patients both in Canada and while they are in the USA (USA coverage is only by Telemedicine).
I have insurance coverage, do you accept it?
The patient must directly pay Boutique Medicine. We can provide you with an insurance receipt. However we do not interact directly with your insurance agencies.
